SHILP RAHAT DONATION

Last year, when the pandemic first started spreading, AIACA responded to the demands and needs of artisans and local craft businesses. AIACA looked after sustaining livelihood options for them over a longer period, provided marketing assistance to them to clear their stocks, and responded to their economic distress by paying wages and raw material. AIACA also provided relief kits containing food supplies and essential supplies to various artisan clusters across the country.

This year, after taking stock of artisans’ needs, AIACA, in partnership with Goonj, is relaunching #RaiseWithAiaca, a fundraising effort, as #ShilpRahaat focus to recover lost livelihoods and providing food and medical aid. Your donations will help us in:

Livelihoods Recovery
  1. We will support wages and raw materials for artisans and handmade businesses as they seek to continue their work with dignity.
  2. Provide marketing assistance to ensure sales of existing stock through digital platforms, mitigate logistics issues, etc.
