K. P. Rajendran is a chartered accountant and a company secretary by profession. Mr Rajendran has worked in FMCG field overseas for 18 years and then with Fabindia for the past 10 years.

Over the years, he has contributed his expertise in many CSR projects across pan-India. This experience led him to work closely with the artisans across India and developed a dedication to improve and provide sustainable livelihood to them.

K. P. Rajendran has also served as the Director with Orissa Artisans and Weavers Limited (OAWL)- a PPP project between Fabindia and the Govt. of Odisha.
