Swapnal is a promising development professional with a work experience of over 7 years of with NGOs (e.g., Madhyanchal Forum, Pragmatix, ASA, ARAVALI), and international agencies (such as UNDP, DFID-UNICIEF, CORDAID). She has delivered her professional skills in a wide range of technical and managerial capacities which includes project monitoring & evaluation, methodological research, event management, resource management, coordinating and liaisoning, networking, etc. Her domain of work involves training and capacity building, community mobilization, livelihood, microfinance, financial literacy, women empowerment, local self-governance and behavioral change communication etc. In addition to her interdisciplinary academic qualifications of science (B.Sc.-Biotech) and management (MBA), she has also acquired some core professional certifications in the area of capacity building such as – Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Direct Training Skills (DTS), Management of Training (MoT). Certificate course on financial literacy. Attended different ToTs on issues like PESA Act, Social audit etc.
